The store was founded in the late 1980s by Benjamin, a master of tailoring and couture whose keen eye for detail quickly made him highly sought-after, long before he arrived in Sweden in 1976.
Upon his arrival, Benjamin took up residence at the historic NK department store, where he refined his already exceptional craftsmanship. With passion and precision, he laid the foundation for what is now Östermalms Frack & Smoking—a destination for style-conscious individuals who value quality and tradition.
Today, the business is run by Benjamin’s family, who proudly carry on the legacy. By combining classic Italian tailoring with authentic craftsmanship, we create garments that embody both history and character.
